Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT)

EFT or Emotional Freedom Techniques and EmoTrance

Tap using similar techniques to Paul McKenna to free yourself from fears, phobias, anxieties etc. etc.

Are you stuck in a rut?  Fearful of change?  Oversensitive?  Creatively blocked?  In a lot of pain?

As a complementary way of working these are very new discoveryies. EFT involves tapping on different points, on the face, hand and body, which relate to the body's energy meridians whilst connecting to the difficulty vocally. You have probably seen Paul McKenna doing this on the TV.  This enables the body to release negative emotions as well as physical difficulties and the resultant changes can have phenomenal effects on our lives.

Gary Craig who founded the techniques in the 1990's states that "the cause of all negative emotions is a disruption in the body's energy system." EFT is like a form of acupuncture without any needles, it is wonderfully gentle. Its roots are in acupuncture, kinesiology and psychology.

The first time you try it I would be surprised if you did not feel a bit strange or even silly. However, I will give almost anything a try and encourage others to do the same, if it works, which it has with lots of people, then go for it.

EFT can be very helpful for anxiety, phobias, panic attacks, pain, fear of flying, stress and tension, grief, habits and addictions, and many other difficulties.

Appointments last for an hour and a half during which time you can actually learn the basic form to use every day. The techniques are very simple to learn, however the effects can be very profound.

EmoTrance is a stand alone therapy, which is similar to EFT in that it is also an energy therapy, which helps to release emotional pain held in the body, to make you feel better. With EmoTrance however there is no tapping.  EmoTrance can enable the body to transform painful emotions into joy, peace, bliss and happiness.

EFT and Emotrance work incredibly well together and it does not matter where you live as telephone sessions are available.
